It’s been a long time coming, but the new OiPolloi.com is finally here. We feel the main feature of the new site is its simplicity, but to make the change over as smooth as possible for you, we’ve put together a summary of the key service improvements and outlined a few of the new features…
We’ve added lots more content to the site, most noticeably on the homepage but also within several new features. We now have an all singing, all dancing internet journal / blog (which your currently reading). An extension of our newsletter ramblings the blog features essays, interviews, and general good stuff.
The Deck-Out section expands on the outfit photos we’ve been sharing on Facebook, with added critical commentary… or is it nonsense? You decide Sir, the clobber‘s good we know that much.
We’re now offering free worldwide shipping with a choice between Royal Mail and UPS postal services (we know some of you prefer one to the other). Free shipping applies to the minimum basket values below, depending on where you are…
Free worldwide shipping with carrier choice on the following amounts:
· £175 in the UK
· £300 for Europe and USA
· £350 for the rest of the world
Using the ’Preferences’ tab in your account area, you now have full control of your contact, billing and delivery details including passwords and email settings.
You now have 30 days to return an order (previously 14) and we’ve made the process easier with a brand new RMA system (Returns Merchandise Authorisation). It’s dead easy…
- Log-in to your account at www.oipolloi.com
- Select ‘Return an Item’ using the tab at the top of the page and follow the simple steps
- This generates an RMA number which you must write on the returns label at the bottom of your invoice
- Attach securely to your parcel and send, using our specially designed reusable packaging
The new RMA process benefits you in the following ways:
It allows you to know the status of your return at all times – when it’s been received, processed and completed.
It makes more stock available to you, as we will know which items are en route back to us from other customers and potentially available to you.
If you are requesting an exchange, you know immediately whether an exchange size is in stock.
The exchange item is reserved at the point the RMA is generated, preventing it selling to another customer whilst we’re waiting for your return to arrive.
