Oi Polloi

2021 in pictures

It seems 2021 has reached the finish line in record speed, so we thought we’d do a bit of visual book-keeping to remind us what we actually got up to this year.

Here’s some snaps documenting how we frittered away another year around the sun…

Plenty has changed at Oi Polloi this year, but one thing has remained constant... the blatant disregard for health and safety. Tut tut.

Some of us clearly weren't that jazzed about doing a photoshoot in a supermarket.

Due to the lockdown at the start of the year, our model pool had diminished significantly. Desperate times call for desperate measures...

No caption needed.

Another thing resistant to the changing tides was the Oi Polloi goon squad's alcohol intake. Stella work all!

Tune of the year? Once again, it's Greensleeves.

Not big or clever.

A fair few powerful rig-outs have debuted in our humble photography studio. Is the look for 2022? Let's hope not.

This lad's Mr. T impression could do with some work...

Our inaugural 'Bring Your Pooch to Work' day was a bonafide success...

When August rolled around, we made the trip up to Hazel Grove to scran some pasta and show off some nice Superga trainers. Long live canvas pumps, and long live Benvenuti.

Not sure what's going on here.

We had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Krueger for an afternoon. Not as bad as everyone says.

Many a true thing said in jest.

November saw the redeployment of our Aran jumpers, which might've just been an elaborate ruse to mess around with some fancy cars.

Our resident gravy-pourer really earned his stripes this year.

But perhaps the most seismic event that's happened this year is us finally launching our very own, home-grown sportswear label, Oi Polloi Sportswear Co. Some may accuse us of banging on about this too much, but would you tell a new parent to shut up about their offspring? Didn't think so.

Once again, we'd like to thank you for your continued support, whether it's buying something, commenting on our blog posts or just popping in the shop for directions to the Arndale. Cheers!
